Your role

The Digital Supply Chain Solution Advisor (Presales) joins the BeLux Customer Solution Advisor (Presales) Team. This team has been formed out of the need to engage with their customers, partners and field sales.

The Digital Supply Chain organization is essential in helping customers drive their Digital Transformation by delivering simplified and innovate solutions in Supply Chain, Business Planning, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and R&D/Engineering.

Their Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is supporting the cloud transformation agenda in the supply chain area and Intelligent Enterprise story.

Key expectations and tasks:

  • Full presales ownership of the SAP IBP solution;
  • Support sales opportunities from discovery phase to closing (to support demand generation activities enablement and thought leadership, to drive the solution portfolio in their regio);
  • Serve as a subject matter expert delivering results in Belgium & Luxembourg;
  • Expert technical solution expertise of the SAP IBP sales bag within the wider DSC portfolio;
  • Focus on driving profitable revenue results & positive customer technology adoption;
  • Ensure that work streams are delivered within scope and on time;
  • Responsible for detailed status reporting to regional leadership team;
  • Responsible for identifying & implementing performance improvement ideas.

Your profile

  • +7 years experience in enterprise software industry in Solution Sales & Presales;
  • Solution expertise and background on core SAP IBP solutions;
  • Experience on competitive solutions in SAP IBP;
  • Work Experience as a user of SAP IBP is a benefit;
  • Proven track record in fostering communities and driving pipeline creation;
  • Business Development experience and expertise;
  • Programmatic capabilities to execute presales sales cycles;
  • Communication skills to articulate the technical/business value & differentiation of SAP IBP;
  • Presentation skills with customers, partners and internal teams to position the value of the DSC solution portfolio;
  • Drive enablement and pro-active learning capabilities across the DSC community;
  • Inspiring with creative business acumen, Design Thinking and driving knowledge build for future business growth;
  • Foster collaboration within the presales and CoE community and the SAP extended team to drive large deals;
  • Competitive knowledge and the ability to articulate the key SAP solution differentiators to the internal sales teams, partners and as well as customers;
  • Deliver on quarterly business results including management reporting and forecasting.
