They employ a broad range of different information-driven profiles: Data Managers, Information Builders, Data Scientists, RPA, Cloud, Cognitive… All information-driven roles are somehow present.

Your journey            

  • You will be a key part of a diverse and strategically important team that challenges itself to shape innovative solutions in high-profile, complex projects and to bring inventive new approaches to their services and existing ways of working.
  • The Intelligence Automation team focuses principally on implementing automation, cloud and artificial intelligence solutions to replicate human actions and mimic human judgement, to help clients improve workforce quality, speed and productivity.
  • As leading member of this growing team you work with industry and account teams spotting client opportunities, tailoring their propositions and working together to convert sales. You harness key IA platforms such as ABBYY, AWS, Google, Microsoft and others, to address the challenges and automation ambitions of clients and deliver results.

You combine your deep industry experience with your technical knowhow to develop your career while working with multiple clients:

  • Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; work closely with account leaders to integrate IA propositions; organise and lead IA pursuit teams; lead, participate and win proposals.
  • Client Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors; define, educate and embed IA principles and solutions at clients.
  • Engagement Management: Lead engagement teams; complete project planning and budgeting; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from all levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk; manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
  • Practice Development & Eminence: Develop IA practical solutions, Proof of Concepts and methodologies; develop IA thought leadership and point-of-view documents; participate in public speaking and events.
  • People Development: Perform role of people leader and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in IA staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for IA delivery teams and staff in local offices.

About you

  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings and complex concepts, including thorough understanding of what may drive business priorities, strategy and direction, and what may drive customer business needs
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas to different audiences within an organisation, and effectively engage with stakeholders ranging from subject matter experts to senior functional leads
  • Solid delivery experience with intelligent automation projects, including with Robotic Process Automation, Business Process Management and Artificial Intelligence solutions (or other technology-enabled transformation programmes/projects) with large budgets and strategic impact
  • Provided advisory and implementation expertise to clients including use case and business case development for disruptor based technologies
  • Proven track record of successfully building, leading and managing teams, including performance management, coaching and mentoring
  • Have the knowledge and understanding of how Intelligent Automation technologies are driving change within the industry and market, and address organisational challenges
  • Have designed and/or delivered automation centres of excellence and operating models (desirable)
  • "Can do" attitude, hands-on and flexible approach to emerging requirements
  • Eager to further build our Intelligent Automation practice, to mentor and coach junior staff
  • Languages: English, fluent in either Dutch or French is a plus
