About the role

As an Account Manager, you are at the forefront of customer relations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Keeping in touch with customers through phone, email and face-to-face meetings, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
  • Managing and expanding an existing customer portfolio, always staying attuned to their needs.
  • Identifying customer issues and providing effective solutions, positioning your team as their trusted partner.
  • Actively prospecting your market, following up on leads and generating new business opportunities.
  • Keeping tabs on consultants at customer sites to understand their needs and provide timely support.

About you

  • +5 years of experience in Sales, particularly in the service sector.
  • Passionate about IT, especially in selling professional services and projects.
  • Understanding the needs and expectations of the customers.
  • Quickly and effectively responding to various situations and sensitivities.
  • Willing to self-reflect and adjust your approach to achieve the best results.
  • Showing self-discipline and independence in exploring new IT tools, frameworks and other unknown areas.
  • Having a passion for continuous learning about IT and being eager to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the services.
