Your role
- You support and stimulate a webteam (10 FTE) in number and professional development;
- You may have the opportunity to lead a larger team and evolve to a role in Business Management;
- You create a personal development plan in close relationship with the team members;
- Your learning plans are a guideline for the team;
- You take actions to keep the team spirit alive;
- You work in close collaboration with the technical lead.
Your profile
- +7 years experience and affinity with software development, a rol as projectmanager or team lead;
- experience with leading a team, from job interviews to supporting (new) members;
- You are familiare with the IT classics: agile mindset, scrum, development cycle, focus on solutions not on problems;
- You are proactive and are eager to go for growth a dynamic scale-up.
