Your role in this company
- develop offerings and support the sales organisation in their go2 market plans with presales activities
- take an active leading delivery role in the strategic missions they deploy at their customers.
- report to the managing director B&D Belgium and collaborate with the OSC (offer strategy & capitalization) director. Direct report to the country managing director
- develop the GO2market offer catalogue and ensure proper elaboration of the offers
- assist in presales activities to position the offerings at their customers and in the market
- lead strategic customer delivery missions
- participate in internationals knowledge exchange & colleboration
As Tribe Lead you will be supported in the company's mission by a dedicated architect for presales/bid/technical challenges and through an agile structure and way of working. You may act on a Belgium scale or on a European level in the group. Adobe and Microsoft are prime partners to achieve the dedicated objectives related to this Tribe. Existing customers in this area are Belfius, Carrefour, Thalys, Leroy Merlin …
Your profile and skills
You act as a trusted advisor in the area of customer engagement and know how to monetize customer related data. You make maturity assessments, create a strategy roadmap and initiates the first steps in setting up a customer engagement program. You can create value propositions and design an offer portfolio on a strategic level.
- +8 years proven experience in the Customer Engagement domain
- experience with offer development and related Go2market activities
- broad and in depth background in the various aspects of customer engagement
