We want to provide the best possible service for our customers, even after the initial headhunting and matching process has been completed. That’s why Aleaconnect offers a unique onboarding concept. This means we provide support for the candidate during the first 6 months to further a smooth integration into your business. We like to think and act along as a partner to increase a successfull integration of our candidates.

We tailor these onboarding sessions to suit your specific needs and expectations as well as the candidate’s queries. The Aleaconnect onboarding works via a check-in session. Here we discuss the development of the candidate within his or her position in your company. We try to find out what is needed to be successful in and where the skill-sets may need additional support or attention.

If necessary we can give constructive feedback or direct candidates towards trainings as well as providing additional information about tools and anything else necessary for new team members to become more successful. We look to enhance necessary skills and qualities candidates have shown during the talent searching process, but haven’t been able to develop or show in their position.

We check to see if expectations match reality, both from a customer and from a candidate point of view and if needed provide some framework to help strengthen the match we already know is there.
