About the role

As the new Account Manager, you join the commercial team, play a key role in strengthening and expanding the customer base across Belgium.
Your focus is be primarily on Account Management: nurturing and growing existing relationships, ensuring customers see this integrator as their trusted strategic SAP partner. At the same time, you keep an eye on new opportunities to further expand the customer base.

Together with the delivery teams, you align the broad service portfolio with the unique needs of their customers. You actively follow up during implementation, both internally and externally, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

About you

  • 3–4 years of sales experience, ideally in complex sales cycles
  • Experience with or affinity for SAP or IT solutions is a strong plus
  • Your background includes a mix of Account Management and Business Development, with a stronger focus on Account Management
  • Your strategic and analytical skills enable you to identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • You are a hands-on networker with a creative mindset, keeping this company top of mind through your commercial actions
  • Languages: English and Dutch (French is a strong plus)
