About the role
- You drive growth and expand their footprint by expanding and deepening relationships with existing customers.
- Supported by PreSales and Delivery teams, you inspire customers to rethink their Supply Chain Strategy and explore new levels of maturity. You help them to innovate and transform their supply chain into a strategic advantage.
- You understand the customer’s industry, business environment, key drivers and challenges.
- You challenge and support customers to elevate their Planning performance.
- You manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to proposal and closing.
- You identify opportunities to introduce relevant Solventure services and solutions that align with customer needs. You ensure customers fully understand the total offering and its added value.
- You build a clear roadmap based on past engagements and future potential to maximize customer impact.
- You create competitive yet realistic quotations and align internal and external stakeholders to support the sales process.
- Your industry and customer-specific knowledge allow you to act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, supported by PreSales and Delivery teams.
- You represent the company at key industry events and trade fairs to build visibility, expand your network and identify new opportunities.
About you
- You bring + 8 years of experience in consultative or solution selling (+5 years in Sales, +7 years in consulting or a combi of both).
- You have a proven track record in Consulting, (Supply Chain) Planning or Software Services.
- Experience in industries such as Food & Beverage, FMCG, Pharma or Manufacturing is a strong asset.
- Your strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into pragmatic solutions make you a credible partner for C-level stakeholders.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident presence and open, engaging style.
- You’re a true team player (enthusiastic, eager to learn and flexible in adapting to new situations). You collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Your “can do” attitude and result-oriented mindset empower you to work autonomously, take initiative and think creatively.
