Your role
- Building LT relations with the existing accounts in need of managed staffing and managed teaming models
- Closing deals for new logo's;
- Bench and pipline are two KPI's you have to take into account and use as a continuous guidline.
- Building partnerships with LT frame agreements and related rate cards

- To be a Client Centric Goalgetter for consultants at different companies;
- To maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal delivery/recruitment;
- To set up a professional relationship with the Talent Managers who onboard and support consultants in the field.

- Being able to motivate people about assignments.
