About the role
- You are responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- You focus on creating robust architectures that connect cloud and on-premises systems through tools like Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.
- You collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable integration strategies. You ensure compliance with security, performance and governance standards while optimizing for cost and efficiency.
- A key part of your role involves defining integration patterns, mentoring development teams and enforcing best practices. You also evaluate emerging technologies such as IoT and event-driven architectures to support future business needs.
- You play a critical role in roadmap planning for iterative adoption of Azure Integration Services during digital transformation.
- You serve as a trusted advisor, enabling seamless connectivity across enterprise systems and driving innovation through modern integration approaches.
As they work with the largest organizations in Belgium in various industries, they guarantee challenging and diverse work. The scale of the projects at their enterprise customers naturally brings additional challenges and opportunities. Some projects may last a year, others a little longer or shorter. About you
- +5 years of experience in integration architecture and middleware. +3 years hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services. Hands-on experience with API lifecycle management
- Technical Skills
- Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Azure DevOps, Terraform).
- Knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures.
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified in Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to lead projects and coach team members.
- Languages: Dutch/French and English

- Integration with SAP, Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
- Exposure to IoT and data streaming
