About the role
- Lead industry‑specific C‑suite conversations across their core markets (Chemicals, Industrial, Telco, Finance), positioning value‑based transformation deals tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Proactively identify and shape high‑value transformation opportunities, owning and driving the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
- Accelerate revenue growth by consistently prospecting, winning and expanding business with direct clients in the industry focus area.
- Partner closely with the Microsoft ecosystem to unlock new opportunities and broaden market reach.
- Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline, crafting compelling statements of work and closing deals that drive tangible client impact.
- Develop deep, trust‑based relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging referrals and executive networks to open doors and shorten deal cycles.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to position this companies' capabilities as the clear choice for digital and industry transformation.
About you
- Proven track record selling into their core markets (Products, Resources, Financial Services, CMT), with the ability to lead industry‑specific C‑suite conversations that link business challenges to transformational outcomes.
- Demonstrated success selling across multiple Microsoft solution areas (Apps & Infra, Modern Workplace, BizApps, Data & AI), ideally including enterprise‑scale and globally delivered consulting engagements.
- Ability to inspire clients with business‑value‑driven solutions infused with GenAI, Copilot, and next‑generation digital capabilities.
- Strong partner‑led selling experience with Microsoft and ecosystem partners, jointly expanding market share and pipeline.
- Expert at anticipating obstacles, removing roadblocks, and driving deals forward with urgency and precision.
- Trusted advisor who can articulate value, shape deals around client KPIs, and position outcome‑based contracts at the executive level.
- Experience driving complex, solution‑led sales cycles with C‑suite stakeholders, from opportunity shaping to contract signature.
