They are looking for a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial sales executive with good experience in low code solutions, preferably OutSystems.The company is a scale up within a larger European ICT organisation of 2500 FTE
About the role
The right candidate will bring relevant expertise in this domain and is intrinsically motivated by identifying and selling the best solutions to customers. S/he will come up with a good track-record in the space and will have a commercial background with expertise in shaping and implementing go-to-market strategies. A proactive and charismatic person who exhibits an attitude towards continuous improvement. In addition to this, other competencies prioritised include:
- Relevant experience, including client, commercial, and operational responsibility and a proven track record of growing and developing a business in low code solutions, preferably OutSystems.
- A “Hunter” mentality with an ability to actively identify, qualify and win new clients.
- Strong, inspirational person with high communication and influencing skills and excellence in execution.
- Able to identify and discuss on a high level solutions in different situations.
- Self-confident, humble individual with track record of successful execution.
- Able to work in team, but also autonomously.
- An international mindset with the core market in Belgium.
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Energetic, combining ambition with constructive and can-do attitude;
- A team player
- Available and organized, you have no problem monitoring different clients and opportunities
- 4-5 years of relevant sales experience
