About the role
- You are responsible for the growth and portfolio of the SCM unit;
- You design maturity assessments & roadmaps (SCM), implementation projects (SAP Backend - SAP S/4 HANA), datawarehousing & planning (tools & automation), optimizing projects in SCM cycle;
- You draw the vision & strategy of the Business Unit;
- You are responsible for people management (personal career development of consultants and certifications);
- You work on new business models and revenue streams for customers;
- You are in the driver's seat of the supply chain ecosystem of this company;
- You work closely with other Business Unit Directors.
About you
- You have several years of experience and insights in the world of Integrated Supply Chain (SCM process optimization, SCM insights & automation, realtime planning & forecasting);
- You can connect with partners (SAP and tool vendors);
- You are a people manager.
