Your role
- You determine the strategy of your businessline
- You are responsible for the execution of an action plan with clear targets.
- Together with a management team, you define a 'go-to-market' strategy
- You lead a team in BeNeLux (40 members) and are responsible for P&L
- You maintain strong relationships at Salesforce and other partners
- You are a trusted advisor for a set of customers
- You work closely with the Country Manager
Your profile
- You are a hands-on people manager
- You know how to keep your network alive
- You have experience with methods to develop a solid strategy and to create processes within a company
- A Customer Relationship Management platform has no secrets to you
- You are proactive, dynamic, result-driven
- You have strong leadership skills
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
