Channel Account Manager - Cybersecurity

Their goal is to provide their partners with the best products, solutions and support services. As a specialist in value-add distribution, management and maintenance of software and hardware license contracts, they work for more than 3,000 large and medium-sized organizations throughout the Benelux. They represent a portfotlio of A brands in Belgium for Cybersecurity such as Fortinet, Watchguard, Cato Networks, Rapid7. 

About the role

  • You manage a portfolio of assigned and new customers to be found.
  • You generate turnover through relationship management, recruiting new customers and recommending (new) products.
  • You sell solutions to partners and products to end customers.
  • You make a strategic account plan and ealize upsell and cross-sell.
  • You identify market potential and eligible accounts. You can count on presales services.
  • You develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • You are the first point of contact for customers and refer them to the right colleague within the organization.
  • You inform the inside sales colleagues about expectations and agreements you made with customers.
  • You participate in online training courses on a monthly basis to increase your knowledge of cybersecurity products.
  • You attend events to broaden and maintain your network in the security partner landscape.

About you

  • You have a structural approach for relationship management
  • You know how to deal with people in different roles (director, inside sales, sales rep, purchasing manager)
  • You have experience in IT, preferably in cybersecurity
  • You are authentic, honest, with drive and pro-active
  • Languages: Dutch & English and some words in French
  • Knowledge of Fortinet portfolio is an asset
