About the role

As CCO and part of the management team you are responsible for the company's integrated commercial success.  Therefore, you build long-lasting business relationships through effective client engagement. You work together with other offices and competence centers in the group.

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, manage commercial policies and set revenue targets. Define a GO to market (solutions portfolio).
  • Revenue generation: Set revenue targets, develop pricing strategies and implement techniques to optimize revenue.
  • Commercial oversight: Manager various commercial functions, which may include sales, marketing, advertising and branding.
  • Customer focus: Oversee the customer journey and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop strategies for market entry.
  • Performance management: Define and monitor a business plan and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

About you

  • Commercial and strategic acumen: The ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, with a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Leadership and team management: Proven experience in building a high performing sales organization and leading a team to commercial success. This includes an entrepreneurial and a people driven mindset;
  • Sales and business development: A track record of scaling, creating and executing sales strategies to drive new business and customer acquisition.
  • Financial and analytical skills: The ability to manage budgets, analyze performance against KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technology and market understanding: A solid understanding of how technology impacts commercial operations and the ability to leverage it for strategic advantage.
  • Strategic alignment: The capacity to ensure that commercial strategies are integrated with the company's overall IT and technological roadmap.
