Customer Success Manager

About the role 

  • You are the liaison officer between our customers and our competence centres 
  • You talk with existing customers about 
    • their existing projects, possible issues and challenges in the managed services
    • customer satisfaction 
    • their cloud landscape with cost management topics
  • You cross and upsell but always with a customer first approach 
  • You communicate cloud use cases with understading of better service and cost reductions (data in the cloud - mobile apps)

About you 

  • You are a true teamplayer 
  • You are familiar with cloud propositions 
  • You have sales experience but feel that your future is more inbetween sales and delivery 
  • You can work as freelancer or on the payroll 
  • You have the spirit of getting things done
