About the role
- You are the liaison officer between our customers and our competence centres
- You talk with existing customers about
- their existing projects, possible issues and challenges in the managed services
- customer satisfaction
- their cloud landscape with cost management topics
- You cross and upsell but always with a customer first approach
- You communicate cloud use cases with understading of better service and cost reductions (data in the cloud - mobile apps)
About you
- You are a true teamplayer
- You are familiar with cloud propositions
- You have sales experience but feel that your future is more inbetween sales and delivery
- You can work as freelancer or on the payroll
- You have the spirit of getting things done
