About the role
As an Entrepreneurial Sector Lead / a Medior to Senior Enterprise Account Manager
- You make a commercial and strategic impact within a specific industry sector.
- You are responsible for revenue growth, expanding the market position within your sector, refining and optimizing the Go-to-Market approach, co-shaping the offering (including Content Grid and AI-driven solutions) and building thought leadership within your domain.
- You are the face of this company within your sector.
Your responsibilities
- Business development & account Growth
- Developing enterprise accounts (both new business and existing clients)
- Building and maintaining a strong network within your sector
- Owning complex sales cycles end-to-end
- Driving strategic upsell and cross-sell of AI, IDP and document solutions
- Negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals
Go-to-Market & positioning
- Optimizing the Go-to-Market strategy within your sector
- Working closely with SMEs, solution managers and marketing teams
- Actively contributing to sector-focused marketing initiatives such as: webinars, round tables, whitepapers, events
- Helping define and steer the positioning of Content Grid within your domain
Thought leadership & internal knowledge building
- Translating market insights into internal knowledge and strategy
- Contributing to sales enablement within your sector
- Feeding market signals back into product development and proprietary IP evolution
About you
- +7 years of experience in enterprise sales within digital solutions
- Proven experience managing complex solution selling cycles
- An established network within enterprise organizations in Belgium
- Affinity with AI, automation, document workflows or digital platforms
- Strong strategic thinking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience collaborating across sales, marketing and delivery teams
- Languages: Native-level Dutch / professional proficiency in French and English
