- coach, mentor and develop a team of 20 consultants using a performance management process including goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning?
- work in a team to deliver added value in the context of security assessments, identity and access management, GDPR assessment, ...
- prepare and lead workshops with different stakeholders in order to set up CISO as a service model
- set up and oversee the delivery of project activities and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis?
- support the sales team by participating in the sales process (pre-sales, answering RFI/RFP’s, assessments) to bring on new customers?
