We are now seeking a Head of Sales to drive their commercial strategy, lead their sales team and accelerate growth across Europe and beyond. This is a key leadership role, ideal for a proven sales leader who has successfully scaled a sales organization from 10 to 30+ people and can combine hands-on deal-making with strategic vision and team leadership.

About the role

You contribute to the strategy, define the playbook and coach a team of Account Executives while staying close to the market yourself.

  • You develop and execute the commercial growth strategy.
  • You lead, coach and scale an international high-performing sales team.
  • You drive enterprise-level deals personally with key accounts and strategic opportunities.
  • You define and refine sales processes, KPI's and forecasting to ensure consistent performance.
  • You align closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • You represent this scale-up as a thought leader in the solar PV and renewable energy space.
  • You contribute to overall company strategy.
  • You work flexible hours to accommodate international markets and clients across multiple time zones.

About you

  • Based in Belgium (HQ Leuven) with willingness to travel occasionally.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Proven track record of building, scaling and leading successful sales teams.
  • Experience in SaaS, renewable energy or industrial technology sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with ability to forecast, report and strategize.
  • A natural leader who combines coaching ability with commercial drive.
  • Languages: English, proficiency in other EU languages (e.g. Spanish, French, German) is a plus.
