  • They are seeking a Banking & Insurance Industry Lead with a passion for Data & AI and Customer Experience, to lead the sales initiatives in the financial sector (FSI).

About the role

Each industry is led by an Industry Lead, supported by Account Leads who manage specific clients and a Sourcing Lead to progress sourcing opportunities. Delivery Leads work alongside Account Leads to ensure execution excellence. You report to the Sales Director with key metrics around revenue growth, new project business and balancing the right profit margins. You play a pivotal role in developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth and expanding their presence on the FSI market showing the following skills:

  • Craft and execute a robust sales strategy focusing on Data & AI and Customer Experience solutions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead and grow the sales team, providing mentorship and development opportunities, focusing on the Data & AI and Customer Experience domains.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers in your industry.
  • Drive the sales cycle from beginning to end, leveraging deep domain knowledge to address customer challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Leverage the customer base from the group for cross-selling.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Create new value propositions together with the presales team to differentiate yourself from the competition.
  • Report on sales activities and forecast to senior management, providing insights and strategies for expanding market share.

About you

  • +8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the IT services industry, specifically in Data & AI and Customer Experience solutions.
  • A strong understanding of Data & AI technologies and Customer Experience strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles and grow customers.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a knack for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Experience or network in banking & insurance like BNP, KBC, Belfius, Axa, AGInsurance, …
