Your role

  • Building LT relations with the existing accounts in need of managed staffing in areas of 
    • Support
    • Workplace
    • Cloud
    • Network Security
    • Apps (.NET/JAVA)
  • Closing deals for new logo's; 
  • Bench and pipeline are two KPI's you have to take into account and use as a continuous guidline.
  • Start in a role of Account Manager and evolve towards the regional sales manager for one of the HUB's - Antwerp/Gent/Brussels

Your profile

skills

  • To be a Client Centric Goalgetter for consultants at different companies;
  • To maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal delivery/recrutering;
  • To set up a professional relationship with the Talent Managers who onboard and support consultants in the field.
  • To build a regional hub and become Sales Manager 

experiences

  • Screening and matching of ICT profiles; 
  • Recruiting/sourcing of ICT and/or related profiles;
  • Managing the stakeholders within the process;
  • Being able to motivate people about assignments. 
  • Entrepreneurial skills to build up a new office/hub
