About the role
- As being part of the sales team you manage and take responsibility for a portfolio of large accounts
- You build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- You understand the customer’s point of view, are able to find the balance between the customer’s wishes and the company’s objectives and directives.
- You become a strategic partner and advisor to your customers, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
- You design and implement longterm account plans by translating customer challenges and analyzing their needs.
- You manage all stakeholders and their interests.
Profile
- +3 years of experience in managing and developing key accounts in a true partner model within ICT (preferrably in CX, e-commerce solutions, Application Development, Project Delivery, Cloud & Infra or Data & Innovation)
- You easily interact at C-level.
- A results-driven, decisive and persuasive attitude.
