About the profile
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Practice Lead for our Business Analytics Practice, specializing in Data Visualization & Analytics. As the Practice Lead, you will play a pivotal role in selecting and co-creating innovative solutions to provide actionable insights for specific business processes within organizations. These solutions may include a 360° control tower for supply chain management, performance management dashboards, HR analytics dashboards, and more. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding organizations towards the adoption of decision intelligence solutions and fostering a data-driven culture through targeted data literacy programs.

About you
Responsibilities
- You lead and manage the Business Analytics practice, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team. You take care of the operationalization of the strategy of your practice within the DataViz area.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for implementing a 360° control tower in supply chain management, optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing decision-making processes.
- You conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- You provide thought leadership and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in business analytics and decision intelligence.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and driving the adoption of data-driven solutions. You deliver added value to the customer.
- You are a day-to-day manager of 10-20 consultants: you mentor and coach those team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- You actively contribute and participate in client projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing business analytics initiatives, eg in the context of supply chain management.
- Businesslike, with a strong commercial approach (business acumen).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You are able to inspire, motivate and involve people and celebrate successes with your team.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
