 Your role

The Business Architect is a senior presales position who provides direct support to the sales in the development and execution of strategies for SAP’s solutions in complex and strategic sales opportunities.

You act as a Trusted Advisor to the customer: 

  • Deliver & support business process- and business model innovation workshops (design thinking);
  • Create the Value case for (business) transformation plans;
  • Validate the as-is situation and goals of the customer and translate it into an appropriate business-driven to-be vision with a supporting roadmap and design (processes, applications,systems) based on SAP’s offerings.

You support sales:

  • in account planning activities to build the customer vision based on solutions;
  • by assessing customer needs and appropriate mapping to SAP solutions;
  • by uncovering opportunities to generate demand with customers and to drive additional revenue;
  • by operationalizing the customers’ business strategies to derive the best possible solution for public / private cloud and on-premise scenarios;
  • by presenting and positioning the broader vision and valueing of SAP’s portfolio to customers.

Your profile

  • Experience in (pre)sales & processes;
  • Ability to harmonize SAP’s win themes and key messaging during the entire sales cycle;
  • 10+years of professional experience: 5+ years of Application Presales experience or 5+ years of SAP product implementation experience;
  • Design thinking experience is an asset;
  • Expertise on end to end processes/solution matching;
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch.
