About the role

  • Be the first point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and providing excellent support throughout the Sales process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively reaching out to leads and turning them into long-term clients.
  • Process orders, quotes and contracts in cooperation with Internal Sales, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and structured records, tracking prospects and sales activities to ensure seamless follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Management to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving business growth.

About you

  • +5 years’ experience in business development or a similar high-level commercial role, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • You possess communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • You are a proactive, solution-driven professional, adept at navigating complex challenges and consistently delivering results under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Languages: D/E
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment.
