About the role
You create, manage and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners, helping them identify and fulfill their needs. Variety does not scare you: account management of various stakeholders, lead generation, inside sales, outside sales, contact and coordination with consultants, organizing events, a bit of HR, stepping in for colleagues, developing customer campaigns, etc.
- You manage existing accounts and search for new business
- You can offer a portfolio of solutions: cloud advice & development, setting up data competence centers, initiating development dashboards and KPIs for management, sessions on different topics (eg. Angular - .NET/Java), migration of Java .NET projects to new architecture, expertise delivered by niche profiles (Analyst MS 365), audit of projects at the level of Scrum and Architecture
- You keep an eye on the market, trends, competitors and are willing to learn;
- You are a networker, developing and maintaining communities of stakeholders;
- You know how to bring negotiations to a successful deal;
- A special approach towards end customers is one of your challenges.
About you
- Experience in B2B business development or selling services (consultative selling)
- Proven track record of successful deals and an existing network is a plus
- Good listener and communicator;
- Languages: Dutch, French is a plus
