In light of their recent successes and ambitions, they are seeking a Sales Director with a passion for Data & AI and Customer Experience, to lead their sales initiatives.

About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth and expanding their presence on the market.
  • Lead by example, inspire a team of sales professionals by delivering solutions that meet the complex needs of clients.
  • Craft and execute a robust sales strategy focusing on Data & AI and Customer Experience solutions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead and grow the sales team, providing mentorship and development opportunities, focusing on the Data & AI and Customer Experience domains.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Drive the sales cycle from beginning to end, leveraging deep domain knowledge to address customer challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Leverage the customer base from different entities within the group.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure the sales team's activities align with the highest standards of customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Report on sales activities and forecast to senior management, providing insights and strategies for expanding market share.

About you

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, IT, or related fields, with a strong understanding of Data & AI technologies and Customer Experience strategies.
  • At least 8 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record in the IT services industry, specifically in Data & AI and Customer Experience solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a knack for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
