About the role

  • You inspire, activate, create and work at a higher strategic level ( Business Plan – Go to market ); 
  • Alongside the Business Unit Director Professional Services, you represent the management team;
  • You have a decision-making responsibility within a framework, making a real impact on the organization and its people;
  • You are responsible for strategy and go to market in the world of app dev, cloud and security engineering from a professional services way of working;
  • You match the client’s challenges with different models in staffing : Managed teaming and staffing with milestones and responsibilities;
  • You maintain existing client relationships and know how to network on different levels ( manager – Cxo level), not only with prospects and customers, but also with the internal organization of talent managers and recruiters
  • You coach an existing team of 6-8 Account Managers;
  • You execute the professional Services business plan;
  • You bring in new business opportunities and create sales strategy and go-to-market proposition.

About you

  • You like a flexible way of working with HQ offices in Kontich and satellite offices in Gent/Brussels;
  • You have a pro-active way of working, an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow and learn;
  • Proven commercial track record within professional services;
  • A good view on market trends in cloud, cybersecurity and application development;
  • Natural, inspiring storyteller who can persuade clients;
  • People skills for fluent stakeholder management and team fun;
  • Coachend leadership is the way that you like to work;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English. French is a plus.
