About the role
You create, manage and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners, helping them identify and fulfill their needs. Variety does not scare you: account management of various stakeholders, lead generation, inside sales, outside sales, contact and coordination with consultants, organizing events, a bit of HR, stepping in for colleagues, developing customer campaigns, etc.
- Business development as well as account management;
- Focus on development in staffing & managed staffing (Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner, Developer, Tester, DevOps, Engineer) and projects (Web, Front End (Angular – react), back end (.NET/Java));
- Keeping an eye on the market, trends, competitors and willing to learn;
- Networking, developing and maintaining communities of stakeholders;
- Bringing negotiations to a successful deal;
- Special approach towards end customers as one of your challenges.
About you
- Experience in B2B business development or selling services (consultative selling);
- You know when you have the right person to fill a vacancy, affinity with talent sourcing is a plus, ;
- Proven track record of successful deals, an existing network is a strong plus;
- Good listener and communicator;
- Languages: Dutch, French is a plus
