About the role

You play a crucial role in guiding your sales team: building account plans, developing go-to-market strategies and managing sales funnels and pipelines. You assist in closing and negotiating larger deals to drive business growth.

  • You are one of the three direct reports, alongside the Partner Manager and Marketing Manager;
  • You directly report to the Sales & Marketing Director;
  • You primary guide and coach a team of account managers and solution sales who have a dotted line towards you;
  • You solve operational challenges within your sales team;
  • You lead various sales meetings, including face-to-face funnel meetings, bid meetings and delivery sales meetings with key customers;
  • You are adept at managing different stakeholders and management levels, including Managing Partners, Sales & Marketing Director, and Delivery Leads.

About you

  • You embrace coachend leadership as the model for growth;
  • You have a strong ability to communicate effectively and listen actively;
  • You have experience with sales meetings and F2F funnel meetings;
  • You have proficiency in BID meetings (go no go);
  • You are skilled in Delivery Sales Meetings with Key Customers.
