About the role

You inspire, activate, create and work at a higher strategic level. Alongside the COO, you represent the management team and can become a Managing Partner. You have a decision-making responsibility within a framework, making a real impact on the organization and its people. Additionally, you completely manage your own schedule and steer your career in the direction you want to go.

  • You are responsible for the strategy and go to market in the world of app dev, AR/VR, mobile, digital marketing.
  • You support clients in their search for better digital experiences.
  • You match the client’s challenges with the team’s skills in such a strategic way that fits the business development plan.
  • You maintain existing client relationships and know how to network, not only with prospects and customers, but also with partners, network organizations and the team itself.
  • You bring in new business opportunities and create sales strategy go-to-market proposition.

About you

  • You like a flexible way of working with HQ offices in Kontich and a satellite office in Melle;
  • You have a pro-active way of working, an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow and learn;
  • Proven commercial track record within digital agency world;
  • A good view on market trends in digital transformation;
  • Natural, inspiring storyteller who can persuade clients;
  • People skills for fluent stakeholder management and team fun;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English. French is a plus.
