About the role

You will make a significant contribution to accelerating the energy transition by building new solution offerings (virtual power plant) in combination with dynamic prices. In this versatile position full of variety, you first learn and cooperate, then you start working independently, with daily coordination in the team.

  • You guide new propositions from start to finish.
  • You manage, optimize, develop and ensure a good translation of the Brand Identity.
  • You are the point of contact in the organization when it comes to products and services, especially in the field of customer journey, user experience, sales targets and ROI.
  • You understand the dependencies and impact of the products for the customer, organization and market and can support out sales teams (needs analysis), partner managers and the back office.
  • You contribute to an open structure and culture in which you actively participate in improving and expanding services and products.
  • You have a direct line to the Operations Manager Belgium.

About you

  • You have experience in the energy sector: flexibility, EMS, management, imbalance, ... are concepts that hold no secrets for you.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, 5+ years of commercial/marketing experience in the energy sector.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You can collaborate, connect and inspire.
  • Customer and Quality are a professional guide for you.
  • You are honest, reliable, enterprising and focused on growth & development.
  • Languages: Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You are willing to work 2 days per week at the office in Herentals
