To support their growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s passionate about innovation, eager to identify and unlock opportunities in Belgium and the South of the Netherlands.
About the role
- You are the driving force behind their commercial growth. You identify leads, open doors and guide prospects toward the right automation solution. You build your own pipeline.
- You conduct intake meetings and understand the needs of the client
- You translate the offering into clear, relevant business cases for clients in various sectors
- You closely collaborate with consultants to define tailored AI & automation solutions. You can count on a hands-on team of experts and to support you.
- You can use Sales Deck with profound business cases to target the market
- You focus on mid-sized to enterprise clients in Belgium and the South of the Netherlands
- You have the opportunities to grow your role as they expand
About you
You’re a strong communicator and networker with a passion for digital transformation. You combine curiosity with structure and know how to spot opportunities before they’re obvious.
You have:
- Proven experience in business development, sales or pre-sales (preferably in tech, SaaS or consulting)
- A track record of successful prospecting and lead generation
- The ability to connect with both business and technical stakeholders
- Affinity with automation, AI or low-code (deep technical knowledge is not required)
- Full professional fluency in Dutch and English
- Based in Belgium or South Netherlands and willing to travel regionally
- Freelance as an option
