About the role
The Security practice offers consulting services and projects to improve clients' resilience against cyber threats. As the Business Group Lead you provid thought leadership, achieve sales and revenue targets and build culture within the Business Group. You evolve the Security practice to the next level.
- You lead the technology practice and business related to Cybersecurity;
- You are responsible for the strategy of the technology propositions, offerings, and capabilities;
- You support the sales team in driving new business to increase the position within the Belgian market;
- You devise solutions to enable compliance and appropriate risk mitigation for clients. This all based around the Microsoft security solutions and (cloud) platforms;
- You ensure the regional practice has the right capabilities, skillsets and certifications;
- You work together with internal stakeholders (HR, Marketing, sales, etc) to increase the visibility of the practice and increase the sales pipeline to support our growth ambitions;
- You report to the Region General Manager and secondarily to the Technology Area BG Lead;
- You set strategic direction to establish goals for security across the region;
- You build strong relationships with Microsoft and leaders of the group to drive growth of the practice and business groups
- You provide guidance to existing and potential clients, as well as sales team members, to alleviate issues relating to security and risk management, including upselling other opportunities to include security;
- You find Security trends and open demands at clients;
- You attract, develop and retain Practice Talent.
About you
- You convince C-levels of the importance of security;
- You take responsibility and lead by example;
- You build bridges between different stakeholders;
- You have a high level knowledge of the Microsoft Security solutions;
- You know how to apply security principles in an enterprise environment;
- These skills are a plus:
- Experience in security and/or risk methodologies or frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO, ..);
- Security certification (CISSP, CISM, Comptia Security+, etc);
- Technical security certificates (Microsoft MS500, SCXXX, Cisco, etc);
- Technical experience in MS Azure, Office 365, Defender for O365, Defender for endpoint, defender for cloud, Defender for cloud apps, Sentinel.
