In order to further facilitate the current growth, the ambitious national and international expansion plans and the aim to deliver each client outstanding customer experience, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to reinforce the commercial team. As a Senior Business Development Manager you will be in charge of contributing to the growth by new business for the delivery teams.
About your Role
- As a Senior BDM , you actively contribute to the growth of the company by generating new business at existing customers.
- You will generate new logo's and build contacts/relationships with Salesforce and partners in the Salesforce eco-system and you work with them to create, generate and follow-up on new projects.
- You guide our clients through their buying journey where you are leading in understanding their business, solution design, price setting, negotiations and closure of the deal.
- You will report to the commercial director, managed on a defined objective and work in a customer focused organization together with a multidisciplinary team.
- You will support your colleagues in the Sales team by developing and qualifying revenue opportunities.
- Bachelor or Master degree with a strong business approach (Marketing, Business Engineer, Economics,...)
- Experienced in solution selling within a B2B context: CXO-level, concentrating on digital transformation with a clear focus on sales, service and marketing
- Being proactive, result driven, energetic
- A background in management consultancy is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills in Dutch/French and English
