Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong networks within the private sector, targeting industry leaders, banking institutions, companies in life science and utilities.
  • Identify and open doors to new business opportunities, leveraging your connections to facilitate large-scale staffing deployments and projects.
  • Place high-end profiles in pioneering segments such as Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Modernisation, Digital Applications, and Workplace.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of recruiters to ensure seamless candidate placement and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage existing customer relationships to expand opportunities and cross-sell staffing solutions into broader project engagements.

Required Experience and Skills

  • + 5 years’ of proven experience in specialized sales staffing, ideally within ICT, technology or digital transformation sectors.
  • Experienced networker with a demonstrated ability to proactively make connections and initiate large-scale business opportunities.
  • Team player with a drive for collaboration and innovation.
  • Languages: French/Dutch
  • Background in local ICT companies or major ICT integrators is a plus.
