About the role
- You work on the Federal Government and the Federal Institutions
- You engage with current and potential customers at the executive level to understand their overall strategy and key business drivers.
- You proactively look for opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- You increase customer satisfaction and develop strategic relationships to align solutions to the customer's Business and IT initiatives
- You drive growth in revenue & margin
- You develop and manage the professionalism, best practices and deliverables for each member of the extended account team.
- You organize a dedicated account plan to track progress and development
- You organize conferences and social events in collaboration with the Sales Manager and the Marketing team.
About you
- You have multi-year experience as an Account Manager for the Federal Government and affinity with IT Security & Infrastructure
- You understand corporate governance within complex organizations and have experience in answering public tenders.
- You love to work in a team and are not afraid to tackle complex solutions.
