Your role
- As a Senior Manager, you will lead a project team primarily working externally at clients mainly in the banking, Insurance and Pharmaceutical sectors. Your role as a Senior Manager will be working along-side other consultants/managers on data and digital projects where this company is providing strategic business enablement to their clients to transform and embrace the new data and digitalisation challenges.
- You will lead and conduct full scope assessments (process, people, organization and system) in order to formulate a diagnosis and recommendations for business improvement, where Process Automation is key.Tools and techniques in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Intelligent Automation, Cognitive Automation, Business Process Automation (BPM), Hyper Automation etc, alongside Agile, Lean and Adkar will allow them to help their client transform their organisation.
- You will manage multiple projects and teams through the whole life-cycle from strategic advisory, solution proposal, workshops and business analysis to project management.
- Internally you will take responsibility for strategic offerings, building value propositions, taking these to market, pitching to clients, answering RFPs with the responsibility to drive revenue targets and maintain profitability of the business through projects, resource planning and business development.
- You will also have the responsibility to coach and mentor more junior members of the team.
Your profile
On top of having a passion for transforming businesses and helping with the development of other consultants, you will also have:
- A Master’s degree in Strategy/Management Consulting, Commercial or Civil Engineering, Economical Sciences, Information Technology, or a business related study with a strong IT (Data & Digital) affinity
- More than 15 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English
- Recognition as a reference person internally and externally (subject matter expert) in specific functional areas and/or business industries (broad scope) such as Finance (Banking and Insurance), Pharma, Supply chain and Sales and Marketing.
- Proven knowledge/Expertise in Process Automation including some of the following; Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Intelligent Automation, Cognitive Automation, Business Process Automation (BPM), Hyper Automation etc.• Ability to talk to the business (non-technical)
- Ability to define the roadmap to map and deliver the processes and improvements of operating models, policies and processes in complex organizations & business architecture
- You enjoy working with a good team spirit, but can deliver independently as well
- Master different methodologies/operating models/processes (Scrum, Agile, Adkar, Lean, Design thinking), as well as business tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) with a proactive attitude to build knowledge in specific areas or industriesDemonstrate commercial spirit and ability to build strong professional network
- Demonstrate leadership skills by applying basic coaching skills to members of your team and leading by example
- Be effective in improving organizational performance with a strong focus on developing people for current and future needs, managing talent, promoting the value of continuous learning and improvement
- Bring people together and give a sense of belonging to the group
