To accelerate the growth of their consulting activities in the Belgian market, they are looking for a Manager able to support the development of their consulting activities in Life Sciences & Chemicals.
About the role
- Project and contract Management
Managing one or more projects and ensuring successful project delivery towards clients. - Business Development
Developing consulting activities and offerings around key service lines: increase performance, drive innovation and leverage compliance. - Team Leadership
Building and developing your own team of high potential consultants (including career and personal development), in close cooperation with the HR department.
About you
- +5 years experience at a consultancy firm or holding a management function in the industry;
- Masters degree;
- Dutch, French, English;
- Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills;
- Client management and relationship building skills;
- You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, perseverance, and ambition.
