About the role

This is a customer-facing, opportunity-creating role, not delivery or consulting, where you’ll guide customers toward future-state SAP architectures that unlock business value and accelerate cloud adoption.

  • You join the Customer Advisory (presales) team and play a strategic role in helping global enterprises envision and realize their transformation journeys. 
  • You are a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, working closely with account teams and SAP partners to define innovative solutions that align with both business and IT goals.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Engagement
    Partner with customers and account teams to define account strategies and target architectures that support long-term transformation.
  • Innovation & Design
    Assess current SAP landscapes and design future-state architectures that are scalable, cloud-native and aligned with industry best practices and business and IT goals.
  • Value Communication
    Craft and deliver compelling value propositions to executive stakeholders, helping them understand the strategic benefits of SAP solutions.
  • Thought Leadership
    Stay ahead of SAP reference architectures, emerging technologies and industry trends to guide customers with confidence.

About you

  • Proven experience in SAP architecture, ideally in presales or strategic advisory roles.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence decisions at all levels of customer organizations.
