Your role in this company

  • Lead business development activities and sales strategy for several pharma/biotech/device accounts
  • Engage existing and new client relationships and expand Keyrus Biopharma’s portfolio by proposing existing and new creative solutions
  • Build & co-create Keyrus Biopharma’s go-to-market strategy, marketing initiatives and sales campaigns
  • Drive cross-channel customer approach to drive all stages of the pipeline
  • Manage activities by specific KPIs and CRM tools
  • Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company
  • Identify & initiate new market trends in healthcare to conduct tailor-made business opportunities

Your profile 

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a sales role/staffing & permanent recruitment (eg.recruiting/interim agencies)
  • Proven background and knowledge in pharma/biotech/device/clinical trials or Highly introduced in the pharma/biotech/device industries 
  • Leading role in outsourcing for consultancy/staffing solutions and/or specific outsourcing projects in healthcare and clinical services
  • affinity with data-analytics is an asset
